PComm is an independent business set up by Larry Purchas to offer professional services to the telecommunications industry.  

Larry is a registered professional engineer with over 30 years of experience in the field.  He is also an Approved Radio Engineer (ARE) under the Radiocommunications Act which enables him to prepare and certify radio licence applications.

We are based in New Zealand and specialize in the industry standards and legislation used in this country.

PComm also works with other specialist groups to ensure the best resources are used for each contract. In particular we have a formal associations with Lambda Communications Ltd  who provide installation, engineering, design and project management to contractors, vendors and telecommunication system operators in New Zealand and other countries.
